Use the right plan for the right car.
Confirm the US model year, engine and equipment before physical work. Read the warnings in the full owner’s manual and on the actual product or tool.
These plans cover accessible owner care and visual checks with the vehicle on the ground. Brake, steering, airbag, high-voltage and under-vehicle repair procedures are outside this collection.
Park away from traffic, keep clear of hot parts and fans, and never open a hot cooling-system cap. Keep coin cells, fluids and tools away from children and pets.
A normal reading does not cancel a warning, overheating, a leak or another stop condition. Record the unresolved symptom and seek the stated help.
A finished record describes what you observed, prepared or referred for service. It does not certify a repair. When an earlier observation changes, repeat the affected later checks.
